Step #2 Prep & delivery. Once we've had a chat to discuss the details and agreed on a plan, we get to work preparing and delivering the Power Hour. This could be a 1 hour of feedback, 1 hour brainstorming an idea, coming up with An Action Plan, 1 hour providing a social media audit etc.
